Counsellor and Supervisor – MBACP (Accred.) BSc (Hons)

Christina is a mental health counsellor who works with adults and young people (aged 12+). She is passionate about helping people to overcome their challenges to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

She has a first-class honours degree in Systemic Counselling and frequently undertakes additional training related to mental health and therapeutic approaches to continuously improve her work with clients. She strives to build a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients so that they feel as comfortable and supported as possible during their counselling.

Christina has spent recent years supporting university students in need of help with a vast range of mental health issues and difficult experiences including anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders. She is particularly dedicated to working with people with eating disorders and body image issues and has extensive experience in anorexia nervosa. This is an area that she continues to research to enhance her expertise in working with people living with these serious conditions. She has also completed training in supporting people with neurodevelopmental conditions including autism and ADHD.

As a systemic counsellor, Christina’s approach focuses on relationships – not just the relationships a person has with significant others and key aspects of their life, but also the relationship they have with themselves.

  • Supervision (in-person) – £60 per hour/£80 per 1.5 hour
