Zoë Evason

UKCP-registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor

I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapeutic counsellor offering a calm, confidential and
supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.
I believe meaningful change begins when people feel heard, understood and accepted. My
approach is based on trust, respect and compassion.
My practice is trauma-informed and grounded in contemporary neuroscience, drawing on
more than 18 years’ experience supporting people affected by addiction in community and
residential settings.

I work with a wide range of challenges, including addictive behaviors, neurodivergence,
ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
I work with individuals, couples, families, groups and organisations, offering both short- and
long-term therapy tailored to your specific needs. Alongside my counselling practice, I
facilitate therapeutic groups and deliver training in addiction, recovery, emotional wellbeing
and resilience.
My aim is to empower you to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence by
developing healthier ways to cope and breaking free from unhelpful patterns of thinking and
behavior.
Together, we can work towards gaining greater clarity, self-awareness, resilience, confidence
and emotional wellbeing, supporting you to create lasting and meaningful change and move
towards a life that feels more authentic, balanced and fulfilling.
