Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing therapy that promotes relaxation and overall wellbeing. During a session, a trained practitioner uses light touch or works just above the body to support the natural flow of energy. Many people experience Reiki as calming and restorative, helping to reduce stress, support emotional balance and encourage a sense of peace. Reiki is often used alongside conventional treatments to support physical comfort and emotional wellbeing.
