Pauline is a registered hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists as well as a member of the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists. She is also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Pauline describes herself as a holistic wellbeing coach who uses a range of approaches to help her clients achieve optimalphysical and emotional wellbeing. She is a qualified naturopathic nutritionist using a natural approach to diet and healthcare, a qualified reflexologist and VTCT Stress Management therapist. As such, she can provide a holistic experience in wellbeing. She practices hypnotherapy to help people with a range of issues from cessation therapy such as for smoking, anxiety management, preparing for performance, phobias, pain management and more. She is also able to weave her expertise in nutrition and stress management into all her therapy work.
As a holistic wellbeing coach, Pauline is dedicated to helping her clients to achieve their best health. She is an experienced naturopath and nutritionist who will balance lifestyle needs and conventional approaches to provide her clients with the greatest opportunity for success in achieving their health and wellbeing goals. Pauline can target specific health conditions through suggestions to dietary change and the use of naturopathic techniques.
As a customer experience professional, she works to understand the client perspective and as such will ensure she provides the best experience in therapy work for her clientswhilst guiding them to practical solutions for the many aspects of day-to-day life.
