Qualified in energy medicine and Crystal healing – I use both in each session to help relieve clients from their unresolved trauma that’s perpetuating suffering in their daily lives causing anxiety, depression, low mood.
Healing grounds the clients energy, balances masculine and feminine energies and harmonises the chakras, it releases suppressed trauma from the cells, energy system and auric field and integrates new frequencies and vibrations to elevate the clients well-being.
Clients can expect to feel grounded and relaxed during healing and can fall into a deep meditative state. In the days and weeks after healing, they may experience an emotional response and the old stagnant energy is being released.
More than one session is highly recommended as healing is a journey and the amount of sessions needed will depend of the extent of the individuals trauma.
