About Me:

I am a qualified counsellor, and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I have over a decade’s experience supporting and counselling clients through trauma, sexual assault, domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, bereavement, grief and loss, self-harm, suicidal ideation, self-worth, and neurodiverse conditions.

I know it can be daunting starting your counselling support, and so I offer a free informal 15 minute chat on the phone so we can talk about how I can help you, and if you would like to book a session.

I offer a non-judgemental service, providing you with a calm, safe, confidential space to talk about your worries and issues, at your own pace.
