Services:
I offer both online and face to face appointments:
- Relationship counselling for couples and individuals
- Psychosexual therapy – sexual dysfunctions and sex issues – couples and individuals
- Understanding and identifying sexuality and gender
- Menopause support and coaching
- Hypnotherapy and coaching (using Neuro Linguistic Programming – NLP techniques)
Non judgemental and confidential therapy in safe and experienced hands. Many of the therapies I offer can be combined so that you receive all round support and information and/or exercises to do outside of the session/s. I have a very open communication style and you will be quickly put at ease – which is especially important when talking about sensitive issues.
I offer a 30 minute free of charge, no obligation session with all new clients. This enables me to explain the therapy to you and to answer any of your queries. This is usually online via Zoom or Teams, but can be over the phone if preferred. I find it is hugely beneficial to my clients and they are able to come to their first session with a clear understanding of what will take place.
