I am a practising and fully qualified Counsellor, Spiritual therapist and Reiki practitioner.
As a member of the BACP I am committed to providing clients a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours without judgement. Exploring issues that are causing challenges in your life and look at how we might over come these.
I offer counselling to individuals and couples of all genders. Short term or long term With my integrative approach I am able to deeply understand not only what you say but what you don’t say and what I’m sensing intuitively and thereby enquire with powerful questioning so that we can uncover the hidden blocks to your happiness.
Whilst a pure counselling approach can enable you to explore and understand cognitively what’s going on and create strategies for change, the addition of Reiki can support the release of deeply held emotions held in the body. The combination creates a powerful healing journey.
