Clients I work with: I specialise in working with children and young people and also work with adults, helping with most emotional difficulties which lead to distress, such as low self-esteem, anger management and loneliness. My practice is sensitive to the needs of all individuals, offering a warm and safe space for you to explore your story and support you non judgementally on your journey.

About me: I am Co-Owner and Director of “The Family &Therapy CIC“ which was set up to meet the mental health needs of the Swansea community, with a focus on helping families and individuals in order to strengthen relationships and improve their well-being. I am a fully qualified and very experienced Childrens’ Counsellor and Adult Psychotherapist and my main work base is in Gorseinon.
I specialize in face-to-face counselling, as well as online. My therapeutic approach is based on a person-centred, emotion-focused approach with adults and young people. With children I use therapeutic creativity and play, Gestalt and attachment theory and draw on current best practice approaches. All my work is trauma informed and tailored to each individuals unique needs. My own life experiences have led to a lifelong commitment to using my knowledge and experience to help others who are struggling emotionally, especially with relationships.
