Shiatsu

Shiatsu (Japanese for ‘finger pressure’) is a fully clothed, hands-on, healing therapy. Combining the use of energy channels (meridians) and acupressure points. It usually takes place on a mat on the floor, or seated on a chair or stool.

Rachel qualified in Shiatsu from the Devon school of Shiatsu in 2009 after three years of training. She is a deeply intuitive practitioner offering relaxing and releasing bodywork to help bring you back into alignment with your true state of vitality, dynamic health and emotional wellbeing.
