Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Behavioural therapies are based on the way you think (cognitive) and/or the way you behave. These therapies recognise that it is possible to change, or recondition, our thoughts or behaviour to overcome specific problems.

Meet our Therapists:

Sian Willis

Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

PG Dip. Reg MBACP (Working towards Accreditation) and Member of BABCP

I have worked in the field of substance misuse for over 15 years. This has provided me with a wealth of experience, not only in the area of addiction and human behaviour, but also in dealing with a range of other issues that are sometimes intertwined with addition.

Susie Jenkins

EMDR Therapist – (EMDR Europe Accredited)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT)
Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)

I have worked in mental health since beginning my Nurse training in 1991. My role for the last 15 years has involved providing therapy for people with a wide range of mental health problems using either CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) or EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

Carolyn Oliver-Hall

Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist

Non judgemental and confidential therapy in safe and experienced hands.  Many of the therapies I offer can be combined so that you receive all round support and information and/or exercises to do outside of the session/s.  I have a very open communication style and you will be quickly put at ease – which is especially important when talking about sensitive issues.
