Counsellor

Hi, I’m Emily. I am a counsellor with a special focus on anxiety and stress management. I work from a person-centred approach, which means I believe in meeting you where you are – with empathy, acceptance, and genuine curiosity. You are the expert of your own experience, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. 

My passion also lies in breathwork, a powerful practice I often weave into sessions to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and create space for healing. Breath is one of our most natural tools for self-regulation, and when used intentionally, it can be deeply transformative.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need someone to talk to, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can be seen and heard without judgment. Together, we can explore what’s holding you back and find ways to move forward with more clarity, confidence, and ease.

I offer a complimentary 10 minute consultation before our first session to asses your needs. 

I currently offer sessions at Parkhouse Therapy Centre.
